Ingredients:
6 oz cooked shrimp
1 t McCormick Cajun Seasoning
1/4 c water
8 oz (2 small) bell peppers, cut into 4-6 slices
4 oz bell peppers, chopped
1/4 t onion powder
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Add 4 oz chopped peppers and cook until softened
- Stir in onion powder and cajun seasoning and cook until water is reduced
- Cut shrimp into into bite sized pieces and stir into cooked peppers
- Arrange pepper slices on plate and scoop shrimp mixture into each slice
- Sprinkle with pink salt
