Ingredients:
8 oz mushrooms, chopped
3.5 oz ground beef
2 t minced garlic
1/2 t dill
1 t paprika
pepper, to taste
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in skillet until mostly cooked
- Stir in mushrooms, garlic, dill, pepper, and paprika
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with pink salt
