1/4 c flax meal
1/8 t baking soda + 1/2 t vinegar (or 1/2 t baking powder)
1/4 t stevia powder (or liquid stevia, to taste)
2 t unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
1 t coconut oil
1 t almond extract
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug
- Microwave for 90 seconds (Or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes)
