Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 c coconut oil
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey’s Special Dark)
stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Cut banana into 16 slices, no more than 1 cm thick each
- Place each banana slice into a candy cup, mini muffin tin, or silicone mini muffin mold
- Melt coconut oil
- Stir in cocoa powder and stevia
- Pour chocolate mixture over banana slices
- Place into freezer for at least 1 hour (store in freezer)
