Ingredients

1 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 T coconut oil, melted
cinnamon and stevia, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Pour coconut oil over pumpkin seeds in bowl
  4. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and stevia
  5. Spread into thin layer on baking sheet
  6. Bake for 30 minutes
