Ingredients:
6 T egg whites
4 T flax meal
pinch of pink salt
splash of water, as needed
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Heat skillet to med-high heat and coat with spray
- Pour half of batter into skillet and cook until starting to brown
- Flip to other side and cook other side for another minute or two
- Repeat with rest of batter for second crepe
