1/2 T butter
1/2 T coconut oil
4 c green cabbage, chopped/sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 jalapeno ring slices, chopped
1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t cumin
1/8 t turmeric
1 T lemon juice


  1. Melt butter and coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add onion, cabbage, carrot, and jalapeno
  3. Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
  4. Stir in curry, cumin, and turmeric and cook another couple minutes
  5. Transfer to bowl and stir in lemon juice
