Ingredients:
1/2 T butter
1/2 T coconut oil
4 c green cabbage, chopped/sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 jalapeno ring slices, chopped
1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t cumin
1/8 t turmeric
1 T lemon juice
Directions:
- Melt butter and coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
- Add onion, cabbage, carrot, and jalapeno
- Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
- Stir in curry, cumin, and turmeric and cook another couple minutes
- Transfer to bowl and stir in lemon juice
