Ingredients:
1 large bunch kale
1 T olive oil
4 T Braggs nutritional yeast
pink salt
Directions:
- Break kale into chip sized pieces
- Toss kale in olive oil
- Sprinkle with pink salt and nutritional yeast and stir to coat thoroughly
- Place single layer of kale in basket of air fryer
- Cook for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, then toss and cook another 5 minutes (or until crispy)
*May be baked in oven on parchment paper at 275 degrees for 20 minutes, turning kale halfway through, instead of in air fryer - Repeat until all the kale is cooked
- Store in brown paper bag, tupperware, or ziplock bag
