Nacho Kale Chips

1 large bunch kale
1 T olive oil
4 T Braggs nutritional yeast
pink salt


  1. Break kale into chip sized pieces
  2. Toss kale in olive oil
  3. Sprinkle with pink salt and nutritional yeast and stir to coat thoroughly
  4. Place single layer of kale in basket of air fryer
  5. Cook for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, then toss and cook another 5 minutes (or until crispy) 
    *May be baked in oven on parchment paper at 275 degrees for 20 minutes, turning kale halfway through, instead of in air fryer
  6. Repeat until all the kale is cooked
  7. Store in brown paper bag, tupperware, or ziplock bag
