5 strawberries, diced
3 T coconut flour
1 dropperful vanilla creme stevia
- In blender cup, combine cottage cheese, almond milk, and stevia until smooth.
- Transfer to bowl and stir in strawberries.
- Add coconut flour and stir to combine until mixture is well incorporated.
- Allow to sit a few minutes to thicken.
