Smoky Spicy Broccoli

8 oz broccoli
1-2 T jalapeno mustard
1/2 t paprika
1/4 c water
pink salt, to taste


  1. Steam broccoli until softened
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. Add water, mustard, paprika, and water to saucepan/skillet
  4. Simmer and cook, stirring as needed, until sauce consistency is reached
  5. Stir sauce into broccoli
  6. Top with additional paprika and pink salt, if desired
