Meatball Spinach Soup

1 batch of Meatballs
16 oz frozen spinach
4-5 c water
4 cloves minced garlic
2-3 t onion powder
2-3 t paprika
2-3 t salt


  1. Heat 1 c water over med-high heat in large saucepan
  2. Add spinach to pan and cover until spinach is starting to warm
  3. Add all spices and continue cooking for 5 minutes
  4. Transfer spinach to food processor and process on high
  5. Add water and continue to process until desired consistency is reached
  6. Transfer back to saucepan and add meatballs, until heated through
