Ingredients

8 oz cauliflower
2 T water

Directions
  1. Pull off the leaves and break the cauliflower into large florets
  2. Pulse florets in food processor until finely chopped
  3. Heat skillet on med-high heat
  4. Heat about 2 tablespoons of water or veggie broth in your skillet, add the cauliflower, then cover until tender, about 2 minutes
  5. If there’s still liquid in the pan, take off the lid and let it cook off before serving
