8 oz red pepper, strips
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 t dill
stevia, to taste
pink salt, to taste


  1. Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add pepper strips, cover, and cook until softened
  3. Stir in mustard, dill, and stevia and cook until liquid is sauce consistency
  4. Sprinkle with pink salt
