Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
6 eggs
1/4 c. + 1 tsp. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. pink salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. almond flour
1/4 c. coconut flour
1 scoop whey protien powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degr.ees
- Grease 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine bananas and eggs in blender.
- Pulse in peanut butter, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda until well incorporated.
- Add coconut flour, almond flour, and protein powder and blend until combined.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Drizzle 1 tsp melted peanut butter on top.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing with sharp knife.
