Ingredients:
8 oz strawberries
3 T water
1 dropperful SweetLeaf chocolate stevia, more/less to taste
(may sub vanilla creme stevia, if desired)
Directions:
- Slice strawberries and set aside
- Place 1 oz strawberry slices and water in magic bullet or blender and pulse until combined
- Pour into skillet and heat to a simmer
- Stir in stevia
- Cook, stirring as needed, until liquid reduces to sauce consistency
- Pour sauce over strawberry slices
- Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold
