Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 T liquid egg whites (or 1 egg white)
2 T coconut flour
oregano, optional
italian seasoning, optional
garlic powder, optional
1 T Nutritional Yeast, optional (Add an additional 20 calories)
Directions:
- Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to med-low
- Combine egg and egg whites in bowl
- Whisk in coconut flour
- Add in spices of choice and nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavor) and whisk again
- Pour mixture into skillet and spread evenly
- Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
- Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
- Remove from skillet
- Cut into strips with pizza cutter
*Great served with no-sugar added tomato sauce!
