Ingredients:
1 c almond butter
2 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 t liquid stevia
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 t apple cider vinegar
(optional) toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs, raisins, etc
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line muffin pan with liners.
- Place all ingredients into food processor.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Pour batter into muffin pan.
- Add additional toppings of your choice to each muffin and lightly stir into each cup (if desired).
- Bake for 15 minutes.
