2 c flax meal
1 T baking powder
1 t pink salt
1/3 t stevia extract (if desired)
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 c water
1/3 c coconut oil, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Line 10×15″ pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix flax meal, baking powder, and pink salt
  4. Add eggs, coconut oil, water, and stevia and stir well
  5. Let batter sit for a couple minutes to thicken up some 
  6. Spoon batter onto pan and spread out
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
  8. Cool and cut into 12 slices with pizza cutter or knife
