Ingredients: 

1 c. flax meal
1/4 - 1/3 c. water
pink salt, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Over medium heat, stir together flax meal and water with spatula for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and push mixture together to form dough.
  4. Transfer dough onto piece of parchment paper on flat surface.
  5. Place second sheet of parchment paper over top of dough and use rolling pin to roll dough into a very thin sheet.
  6. Use pizza cutter to cut dough into 48 equal triangles or squares.
  7. Sprinkle pink salt liberally over top of dough.
  8. Gently transfer dough slices onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes then turn oven off and allow to sit inside for 5 minutes longer.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  11. Store in airtight container.
