Ingredients: 

8 oz cucumber, thicky diced
1/2 c Braggs apple cider vinegar 
1/2 c water
1/4 t pink salt
1/4 - 1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 - 1/2 t onion powder 
Finely cut fresh basil and rosemary, to taste 

Directions: 
  1. Place cucumber into bowl
  2. Sprinkle with pink salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and water and toss until coated
  4. Mix in basil and rosemary 
  5. Refrigerate at least one hour
