2 c raw or roasted almonds (or cashews)
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pour nuts onto a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, if desired
- Transfer nuts to food processor or blender
- Process for about 10 minutes, scraping sides with spatula as needed, until smooth and creamy
- Add salt, if desired
