Ingredients:
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 T unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
2 T chopped almonds, divided
1-2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf chocolate stevia
2 t unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder
Directions:
- Place cottage cheese, cocoa/cacao powder, and stevia in mini chopper or food processor
- Process until curds have disappeared and cottage cheese is well whipped
- Stir in 1 T almonds and 1 T coconut
- Transfer to bowl
- Top with remaining almond and coconut
