1 lb lean ground beef
4 c shredded cabbage
2 T dried minced onion
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tomatoes, diced
1 t onion powder
1 t minced garlic
6 c water
1 t pink salt
2 t italian seasoning
1 c riced cauliflower


  1. Place meat into crockpot
  2. Stir in cabbage until well combined
  3. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, cauliflower, spices, and water
  4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours (or low 6-8 hours)
