Chicken Pepper Nachos

3 oz cooked, shredded chicken
2 bell peppers, sliced 1″ thick
1-2 T Taco Seasoning
1 wedge Swiss Laughing Cow cheese
2 T plain Greek yogurt


  1. Lightly spread cheese on each pepper slice
  2. Combine chicken with taco seasoning
  3. Spoon chicken mixture onto pepper slices
  4. Serve with Greek yogurt for dipping
