Chocolate Filled Raspberries

1 c raspberries
1/2 T coconut oil 
1/2 T cocoa powder
8 drops liquid stevia


  1. Melt coconut oil in small bowl
  2. Stir in cocoa powder and stevia
  3. Place raspberries on plate/bowl
  4. Pour melted chocolate into each raspberry
  5. Place in freezer for about 5 minutes, until chocolate hardens
