Double Chocolate Glazed Donuts

Ingredients:

Donuts:
1/4 c coconut flour
1/4 c flax meal
2 T cocoa powder
4 eggs
1/2 c coconut oil
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t pink salt
1 t stevia extract

Glaze:
1/4 c coconut oil
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 t stevia extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease donut pan
  3. Combine coconut flour, flax meal, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and stevia in small bowl
  4. Whisk eggs in mixing bowl
  5. Stir dry mixture into eggs
  6. Stir in coconut oil
  7. Pour into donut pan
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside
  10. Remove donuts from oven and allow to cool completely
  11. Drizzle glaze over each donut
  12. Place in refrigerator until glaze is hardened
