Ingredients:
3/4 c liquid egg whites (or 4 egg whites)
2 T coconut flour
choice of spices, optional (oregano, garlic powder, italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme, etc)
1 T Nutritional Yeast, if cheesy taste is desired (*Add an additional 20 calories)
Directions:
- Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to med-low
- Whisk egg whites with coconut flour in a bowl
- Add in spices of choice and nutritional yeast, if desired, and whisk again
- Pour mixure into skillet and spread evenly
- Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
- Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
- Remove from skillet
