3/4 c liquid egg whites (or 4 egg whites)
2 T coconut flour
choice of spices, optional (oregano, garlic powder, italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme, etc)
1 T Nutritional Yeast, if cheesy taste is desired (*Add an additional 20 calories)


  1. Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to med-low
  2. Whisk egg whites with coconut flour in a bowl
  3. Add in spices of choice and nutritional yeast, if desired, and whisk again
  4. Pour mixure into skillet and spread evenly
  5. Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
  6. Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
  7. Remove from skillet
