2 eggs 
1 c egg whites
3 T + 1 t coconut flour
1/2 c flax meal
1 1/2 t baking powder
stevia, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease silicone donut pan
  3. Combine eggs and egg whites in blender cup or magic bullet
  4. Add in flax meal, coconut flour, baking soda, stevia
  5. Pulse until well combined
  6. Pour batter evenly into donut pan
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
    (Excellent topped with Easy Creamy Frosting)
