Ingredients

5 oz grouper
1 T yellow mustard
8 drops SweetLeaf liquid stevia

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place grouper filet onto baking sheet.
  3. In small bowl, mix mustard with stevia.
  4. Brush mustard onto top of fish, covering well.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until fish is white when separated with knife and fork.
