Ingredients:

1 large red pepper
1 can tuna
3/4 c frozen chopped green peppers
1 T jalapeno mustard
hot sauce, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
paprika, to taste
pink salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Defrost green peppers and drain liquid
  3. Combine tuna, green peppers, mustard, hot sauce, and spices in oven-safe baking dish
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  5. Cut red pepper into thick strips
  6. Spoon hot tuna mixture into red pepper strips
