Ingredients: 

3.5 oz bison
1 apple
5 oz onion
1 t minced garlic
1/2 t sage
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t rosemary
1/2 t ground mustard powder

Directions: 
  1. Cook bison with spices and garlic in skillet over med-high heat until beginning to brown
  2. Chop apple into bite sized pieces and slice onion thin
  3. Stir apple and onion into skillet
  4. Cover and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until apples and onions have softened
  5. Drain liquid and serve
