Ingredients:
1 Paleo English Muffin
1 egg
1 T Bragg’s nutritional yeast
2 mushrooms, sliced thin
1 t coconut oil
1 t chives
1/2 t onion flakes
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Toast Paleo English Muffin
- Melt coconut oil in small skillet
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened
- Stir in egg, nutritional yeast, chives, and onion flakes
- Cook until egg is fully cooked
- Place egg between english muffin pieces and top with pink salt
