Ingredients

4 oz ground buffalo
3 c red cabbage, chopped finely
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 T coconut oil
1 T dried peppers
1/2 T Skinny Girl BBQ Seasoning
pink salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Melt coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add ground buffalo, cooking until browned
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, dried peppers, and BBQ Seasoning
  4. After onions are starting to be transleucent, stir in red cabbage
  5. Cook until desired consistency is reached
  6. Stir in pink salt
