Ingredients:
2 c oats
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place oats in food processor and pulse until flour-like consistency is reached
- Combine oats and mashed banana in bowl
- Stir in raisins and cinnamon, if desired
- Drop by heaping tablespoon onto baking sheet into 20 mounds and flatten slightly with spatula or fork
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown on bottom
- Remove from oven and cool on wire rack
