Ingredients:
1 banana
3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 T coconut oil
1 1/2 T unsweetened cocoa powder (divided)
1 dropperful stevia
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pulse banana, coconut, and 1/2 T cocoa in food processor, until well combined
- Form mixture into 5 flattened rounds on greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 25 minutes
- As cookies cool, melt coconut oil in small bowl
- Stir in cocoa powder and stevia
- Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies with spoon
- Place cookies in fridge so chocolate hardens
