Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) can coconut cream, chilled
1/4 tsp. plain or SweetLeaf vanilla cream liquid stevia
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
Directions:
- Place mixing bowl & beaters or food processor bowl & blade in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Place coconut cream in bowl or food processor.
- Add stevia and vanilla.
- Whip or process until whipped topping consistency is reached, adding xanthan gum slowly, if desired.
- Store in fridge.
