Ingredients:
1 c coconut flour
1/2 t powdered stevia or 12 drops liquid stevia
1 t pink salt
3 1/2 t baking powder
5 eggs
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1/3 c coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Grease 8×8 inch baking pan
- In large bowl, combine coconut flour, stevia, salt and baking powder
- Stir in egg, milk and oil until well combined
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean
