Ingredients

2 c unsweetened applesauce (or 1 c. applesauce + 1 c. other fruit puree of choice) 
cinnamon (or other spices of choice), if desired

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Line 13x18 inch baking sheet with non-stick silicone baking mat.
  3. Stir spices into applesauce, if desired.
  4. Spread mixture evenly baking sheet.
  5. Tap baking sheet on countertop a few times.
  6. Bake for 6-8 hours, until no longer tacky.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Trim edges.
  9. Cut into 10 even strips.
  10. Roll up in parchment paper or plastic wrap, if desired.
