Ingredients:
3 T flax meal
1 T coconut flour
1/2 t baking powder
1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T lemon juice
1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1/2 T chia seeds
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in mug
- Stir in egg, stevia, and lemon juice
- Add in flax meal, coconut flour, and baking powder
- Stir in chia seeds
- Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
