Ingredients:

3 T flax meal
1 T coconut flour
1/2 t baking powder
1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T lemon juice
1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1/2 T chia seeds 

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in mug
  2. Stir in egg, stevia, and lemon juice
  3. Add in flax meal, coconut flour, and baking powder
  4. Stir in chia seeds
  5. Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
