Ingredients:
3 scoops unflavored protein powder (whey, hemp, pea, etc)
2½ tbsp cocoa
½ tsp stevia, liquid
1 tsp pure peppermint extract
6 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
- Transfer mixture evenly into 9 cupcake tins.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
