4 oz strawberries, chopped
2 T coconut oil
15 drops SweetLeaf vanilla cream stevia


  1. Heat strawberries, stirring and mashing, over med-high heat for 3-5 minutes
  2. Stir in coconut oil until completely melted and mixed in
  3. Add stevia and stir
  4. Divide mixture into 4 cupcake tins
  5. Place in freezer for 2 hours
