Ingredients:
4 oz strawberries, chopped
2 T coconut oil
15 drops SweetLeaf vanilla cream stevia
Directions:
- Heat strawberries, stirring and mashing, over med-high heat for 3-5 minutes
- Stir in coconut oil until completely melted and mixed in
- Add stevia and stir
- Divide mixture into 4 cupcake tins
- Place in freezer for 2 hours
