Ingredients: 

3  T. coconut oil, melted
2 egg yolks
1 T. lemon juice
½  tsp. pink salt
Pinch cayenne pepper

Directions: 
  1. Blend egg yolk and lemon juice in blender.
  2. Turn blender to low and add coconut oil in slow, steady stream.
  3. Season with salt and cayenne, then pulse a few times to combine.
