Ingredients:
Handful of fresh lemon balm leaves
Pinch each of: basil, catnip and mint
Witch hazel
1 drop each of: basil essential oil, citronella essential oil, lemongrass (or lemon eucalyptus) essential oil (OMIT if in P2)

Infuse witch hazel:
- Stuff full a glass jar of the lemon balm leave, basil, catnip, and mint
- Pour witch hazel over them, almost to the top of jar
- Cap the jar and set in a cool, dark cupboard for 1-2 weeks
- Strain and store out of heat and light
Mix spray:
- Fill a small spray bottle halfway with lemon balm infused witch hazel
- Fill rest of bottle with water, but not quite to top
- Add drops of essential oil, to boost the spray’s power (if in P4 or Beyond)
- Screw the spritzer top onto the bottle and shake well
Application:
- Shake thoroughly before each application and spritz on and around you
- Reapply as needed (each application will last 1-2 hours)
Storage:
- Once you’ve mixed up a batch with water, try to use it up within a few weeks
- Undiluted infused witch hazel will last at least six months to a year, or longer
