Creamy Tuscan Shrimp & Zucchini

Ingredients: 

4.5 oz shrimp
10 oz zucchini, sliced into rounds
1 T Trader Joe's Basil Mustard
1 t Perfect Pinch Tuscan seasoning
salt, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Heat small amount of water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Cook shrimp until they begin to turn pink
  3. Add zucchini and cover with lid, stirring occasionally until zucchini is cooked through
  4. Stir in mustard, seasoning, and salt
