4 oz. grilled or baked chicken breast
1/2 T. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 T. hot sauce
2 pinches oregano
2 pinches garlic powder
spash of liquid aminos (optional)
steiva, to taste (optional)
2 T. goat cheese crumbles
- While chicken is cooking, place coconut oil, lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce, oregano, garlic powder, liquid aminos (if desired), and stevia (if desired) in small container with lid.
- Shake container vigorously until sauce in well combined.
- Pour sauce over chicken then flip to coat other side.
- Sprinkle top of chicken with goat cheese.
