Cabbage Shrimp Stirfry with Egg

8 oz cabbage, sliced thin or chopped
6 oz cooked shrimp
1 egg
1/2 T coconut oil
2-3 t Bragg’s liquid aminos
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Steam cabbage in wok with some water 
  2. Drain cabbage then return to wok
  3. Stir in shrimp, liquid aminos, and spices and heat for another minute
  4. Melt coconut oil in small skillet
  5. Scramble egg in skillet then add to wok
