1 apple, chopped
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
2 T canned coconut milk (cream)
1/2 t cinnamon
stevia, optional


  1. Place apple and walnuts in food processor
  2. Pulse a few times, until combined 
  3. Stir in cinnamon
  4. Transfer to 2 bowls
  5. Top each with 1 T coconut milk
