Ingredients:

1 egg 
1/2 c egg whites
1 T coconut flour
1/4 c flax meal
1/2 t baking powder
SweetLeaf English Toffee stevia, to taste (1-2 dropperfuls)

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Combine all ingredients together
  3. Pour into waffle iron
  4. Cook for 4 minutes
