Ingredients:
8 oz Swanson chicken stock
2-4 c water
15 oz can diced tomatoes
2 c baby spinach, chopped
3 oz cooked chicken breast
1/2 t minced garlic
1/2 t basil
1/2 t oregano
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, except spinach, in saucepan over med-high heat and heat until simmering
- Add spinach and heat another 2-3 minutes
