Ingredients:
4 slices Focaccia Flax Bread
1 egg
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
SweetLeaf english toffee stevia, to taste
Powdered stevia, if desired
Directions:
- Heat and lightly grease skillet over medium heat
- Stir together egg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in shallow bowl
- Whisk in almond milk
- Soak slice of bread in mixture
- Transfer to skillet and lightly brown on each side
- Repeat with remaining slices of bread
- Place a few drops of english toffee stevia on each slice and sprinkle with a little powdered stevia
